All items sold by Bravotti.com will be ship to your shipping address you provided when you place an order from Bravotti.com by DHL, UPS or Fedex express, you don't need pick up the parcel, just you are waiting freely for the parcel to reach appointed address. It will take 5-7 business days from stocks and 10-15 days for producing, and the air way bill number will be informed to you for tracking. We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to different in customers clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly you products is inspected. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.
