The tiles are not what we expected. Now we are told we have to send the box to China for a refund. Returns and refunds are a part of doing business online. I believe returns can be transformed from a dreaded aspect of commerce into an opportunity that actually generates new profits for your business and increases customer loyalty. As a gesture of good will, I look to you for a substantial and meaningful gesture of goodwill. I sincerely hope that you will restore my faith in your company's usual high standards.
