I was worried about deliver and quality. I was happy when the items finally arrived. I’ve been burned before by a non-American based company so I tried to be on top of the order. It all worked out.
Timely service
Luxury indeed. But it should be noted when imported from China (goods came from China, indeed!) to EU final price is more than double due to VAT, anti dumping duty & other indefinite fees...
I’m very happy with the look and quality of the tile. It will be used in my kitchen for the backsplash and the shells within the penny rounds will go perfect with the cottage style.
These are stunning tiles! The pictures don't do them justice. I will be cutting them into 4x4 pieces and using them as accent between the more neutral tiles in my shower. Great communication and delivery at promised time.
There is no actual return policy because The vendor ships from New York/New Jersey but asks to return the goods to China - which extremely high cost -
The vendor says that there is return policy; They send the tile from New York/ New Jersey but ask to return to China - which wil be five times + the cost of tiles. So Actually there is no return policy
